SPEAKER // LTC (Chap) Jon Knoedler, 4th ID Chaplain

Chaplain (LTC) Jon Knoedler is a native of Portland, OR and presently serves as 4th Infantry Division Chaplain at Fort Carson, CO. His previous assignments include 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division at Fort Polk, LA; South Community Chaplain in Hawaii; Regimental Chaplain at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY; 75th Ranger Regimental Chaplain and Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade Chaplain at Fort Benning, GA. He is a graduate of the Army’s Air Assault, Airborne, and Ranger Schools. Most importantly, CH Knoedler has been married to his wife Sandy for 25 years and has three daughters: Karis (married), Faith (19), and Necia (16). He and Sandy have a 6-month-old grandson, Lewis. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and listening to people’s life stories.
